Paula kept me sane & gave me a wedding dress to be proud of

If you want to deal with somebody who really cares how important your wedding dress is to you, this is the shop you need to go to. Paula who owns this shop is an absolute star!!!

Excellent suits for 11 Groomsmen (including me), great price and Paula (the owner) is very knowledgable – I think I’ll use them for my next wedding

my family have just made our 1st visit to your shop in leyland,we have to comment on the superb service we recieved while choosing a wedding dress for jo,s big day next year.
paula could not do enough to make sure we had all the help we needed.
in picking the right wedding gown.the relaxed atmosphere and the
willingness to advise on all manner of wedding plans made our visit her
shop a memorable happy event, the bride tried on many different gowns.
before finaly choosing her favorite, the dress she finaly picked was the
1st dress she tried on,this was the dress paula 1st suggested it seemed
to us from her suggestions that she had a real instinct for what best suited the bride.we are now looking forward to the months ahead,and
the dress fittings, as we build up to what will be a wonderful day .

its a while now since we purchased Julies wedding dress but I can honestly say I cannot thank Paula and Tina enough for all their time and patience. They couldn’t do enough for us and never lost their patience with us when we tried on over and over again. Julie was the most

Even though I did not buy my wedding dress from Paula she was so helpful with our wedding.we ordered suits from her and they all looked stunning.Paula goes above and beyond what you would expect.can’t thank her enough for the help we received.
My Brother got married to Cath Chivers and we hired our suits from Paula, the service we got was to the highest possible standard, Paula’s attention to detail was truly mind blowing nothing could be out of place, Paula even help out in our hour of need going beyond the call of duty. My son recently got married and hired his suits from the Ivory Bridal Boutique. He lives in Manchester and after making enquiries about suit hire in the major retail stores there, he wasn’t impressed by the customer service offered. He went along to the Ivory Bridal Boutique on my recommendation, which is unusual as he doesn’t normally listen to his mum! He was extremely impressed with Paula’s customer service and knowledge of the different suit styles available, this information hadn’t been passed on before. We agree with the comments about Paula and her customer care, she really does take it to another level, even offering to do the suit fittings in the evening, as a few of the men had to travel to the shop. I even purchased my shoes and bag there, they were absolutely perfect! The suits looked fantastic on the day and this is a heartfelt thanks from the Shaw Family for all your help!
I have my own beauty business which I run from home. I am an established make up artist and I work closely alongside Paula on a regular basis. Paula does a lot of catwalk shows both for Bridal and Prom and I do the make up for all the models. I am able to see Paula working under extreme pressure, as it is a fast paced environment where she needs to think on her feet, should there be any last minute hitches with the dresses. Paula always is calm, collected and extremely efficient. I know she offers an extra service to dress Brides at their venue and not only would I recommend, I used her myself!!
